Matt Gardner, on what Patriot is looking for when acquiring a firm:
We dig in really deeply to make sure that the agency is invested for organic growth. Meaning, producers and process, marketing and branding in their local markets… All of those things matter to us. And if they’re not doing that in a state-of-the-art way, we’re not interested in it. So that’s really the most important thing, but then trailing right behind that is the energy and commitment of the leadership of the agency.
