Ms. Bolkun-Robert’s career first began at an insurance and brokerage firm on Wall Street. Through her hard work and diligence, she was able to work her way up to the vice president of the firm in only two years. Later in 2010, she joined Schaefer Enterprises as a partner, then vice-president, and now chief operating officer contributing to the firm’s exponential growth.
Ms. Bolkun-Robert has always been passionate about women in leadership roles. She credits the positive leadership examples to her mother and sister, who always encouraged her to reach for success. Today Ms. Bolkun-Robert participates as a member of the Professional Women in Construction Organization New York chapter where she has been able to support, connect with and advance women and promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction, and related industries.
Insurance Business America’s Hot 100 list is just one of the many recognitions Ms. Bolkun-Robert has received. She has been listed by Insurance Business America among “Elite Women” in the field of construction insurance and was featured in The Huffington Post as a notable “Women in Business.” Since receiving her MBA in Marketing and Management in Foreign Trade from the Bialystok University of Technology, she has developed into a more notable individual in the insurance industry.
