Bolkun-Robert joins an impressive group of C-level female executives from a wide range of industries including healthcare, technology, human resources, science and entertainment, among others.
Bolkun-Robert was cited for her work in becoming a leading insurance producer in the construction industry in New York City, the most competitive and aggressive market imaginable. She is highly experienced in the construction, engineering, real estate, pharmaceutical and hospitality industries, having insured over 20 multimillion-dollar real estate developments in New York and New Jersey.
Achieving Success through Hard Work
She began her insurance career in New York at an insurance and bonding brokerage firm on Wall Street, working her way up to become the vice president of the insurance division only two years later. In 2010, she joined Schaefer Enterprises and facilitated the exponential growth of the firm as partner, vice-president and most recently, as chief operating officer.
Ms. Bolkun-Robert credits the leadership examples of her mother and sister for helping her achieve success, and she has always been a strong supporter of women as leaders in business. She is a member of the Professional Women in Construction Organization New York chapter, where she works to support, advance and connect women as well as promote diversity within the architecture, engineering, construction and related industries.
This is not the first time she has been honored for her accomplishments. She has been listed by Insurance Business America as an “Elite Women” in the field of construction insurance and was featured in The Huffington Post as a notable “Women in Business.” Ms. Bolkun-Robert holds an MBA in marketing and management in foreign trade from Bialystok University of Technology, Bialystok, Poland.
